Andrea Nicholson’s establishment Butchies is bringing a southern flare to downtown Whitby and the West Lynde neighbourhood. Named after her father, Andrea says,” I am the way I am because my dad was such a dreamer. And I named my dream after him.”
The menu is full of amazing choices – Country Fried Steak, Pulled Chicken and daily smoke options such as1/2 Roasted Lemon Garlic Chicken (Dinner Only) or St. Louis Side Ribs (1/2 or Full).
